Pro checks the information read from your documents for possible inconsistencies and flags what needs verification. You review the evidence and record explanations. Essentials and Growth do not include these checks; Custom access is confirmed in your quote.
Monthly or yearly, in advance, in Canadian dollars (CAD). Essentials is $49 a month or $490 a year; Growth is $129 a month or $1,290 a year; Pro is $229 a month or $2,290 a year. Paying yearly costs the same as 10 months.
Yes. It renews each month, or each year if you pay yearly, until you cancel.
Yes. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Fees already paid aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it or we charged you in error. Read the Terms
No. Prices are plus applicable taxes, such as GST, HST, PST or QST, based on your billing location.
A deal is a new client, no matter how many documents they upload. A returning client doesn’t count again. On a monthly plan you get your plan’s deals each month, and the count resets at the start of the next month. On a yearly plan you get the whole year’s deals up front (12 × the monthly number) to use any time in the year. We email you when you’ve used them, and each extra deal is added to your next invoice at your plan’s extra-deal price.
